Hi, I’m Ivy!
I help people have better relationships—starting with the one they have with themselves.
My clients come to me when they’re tired of walking on eggshells, getting stuck in the same arguments, or aching for deeper connection — the kind that happens when we stop avoiding the hard stuff.
My superpower? Helping you understand yourself on a deeper level so you can feel more connected, secure, and at ease in your closest relationships.
I know the sting of conflict that doesn’t make sense until hours later.
Like the time my sister made a totally harmless comment and I snapped back defensively—because I was projecting my own self-judgment onto her words.
Or the countless arguments I used to have with past romantic partners that went in circles for hours because neither of us had the tools to truly listen or repair.
Those were hard moments. But they became mirrors—showing me what needed healing inside myself.
Now, I get to teach my clients how to use difficult moments—not as proof that something’s wrong with them or their relationship, but as doorways into transformation.
I blend conscious communication tools, mindfulness, and self-compassion to help you understand your patterns, feel seen and heard, and stay connected even when it’s hard.
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), inner child healing, and years of both personal practice and professional training.
I’m a Mindset and Relationship Coach certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I trained for two years with Accomplishment Coaching—first as a coach, then as a mentor coach—and I’m certified in Heart Led Communication through Lead by Heart. I help my clients feel safe, seen, and supported in our work together, so they can start experiencing the life and relationships they truly desire.

For best results, you should commit 1-2 hours of time TOTAL per week.
This will account for the video modules, implementing your homework, and attending a group call if you join the 3-month group coaching program.

There are biweekly group coaching calls at multiple call times to accommodate different time zones. They are usually in the morning EST so that it won’t be the middle of the night for clients on the other side of the globe (i.e. Europe, Asia, Australia)
All group calls are recorded so that you can re-watch any that you miss throughout the program.
However, if you’re serious about making change, the first thing to shift will be how you prioritize your time.
If what you’ve done up to this point isn’t working, it’s time to re-arrange your schedule to accommodate your new priorities as someone who has amazing relationships and communication skills.
Personally, I have taken coaching calls at midnight while I lived in New York when I worked with a coach based in Australia, because the results that program gave me were worth the inconvenience and arranging my availability around those calls.

Yes! If you are currently single, this program will help you develop the skills to set your next relationship up for success. Additionally, the skills you’ll learn in Seen will apply to every type of relationship — not just romantic.
Clients who join to improve their romantic relationship always end up saying that the skills they learned transferred to their relationships with family, friends, their children, and at work.

You get to keep lifetime access to the course materials. These tools are foundational to your relationship(s) so we want you to keep them forever!
If you join the group coaching program, you will have access to the call recordings (which includes a library of all calls ever recorded for you to watch as you wish) for the 3-month duration of the program.

Yes! The Alumni Program is a month-to-month membership available exclusively to people who have finished Seen’s 3-month group coaching program.
It gives you continued access to the live group coaching calls, the call replay library, and the Telegram community at a discounted rate of $99/month.

All of the work inside Seen is primarily focused on you, but partner participation in certain tools and exercises will be helpful.
Your partner won’t attend the group calls or receive coaching, but you will get best results if you partner is supportive and willing to participate in a few exercises with you throughout the program.
(And…if your partner isn’t supportive of you doing this work or doing a few exercises together, you might want to reconsider your relationship).

Every group call will be recorded and available for replay, so you’ll always have access to the curriculum and can watch on your own time and what works best for your schedule.
