My 1:1 Coaching Program
INTRODUCING…
The private, 4-month coaching experience to transform conflict into connection and truly feel at home within yourself.
You’ll walk away with the concrete tools to navigate even the hardest conversations with clarity and compassion … and a relationship with yourself that changes everything.
You deserve to feel deeply understood. By your partner. And by yourself.
Four months from now, you could have…
Conversations that lead to real resolution — where both people feel heard
The kind of closeness that only comes from actually working through the hard stuff together.
A toolkit for your own difficult emotions — so you can stay present instead of spiraling or shutting down.
Take It From Our Students:
Sarah was afraid that learning to love herself would make her selfish. Instead, it made her a better wife, mother, and friend — and transformed her marriage in the process.
Alyssa went from avoiding conflict to navigating it confidently with a “night and day” difference in her own self-compassion.
Chris went from “endless fighting” with his wife to communicating effectively and feeling deeply connected again
Kelly went from “keeping the peace” and feeling uneasy in her relationship to creating resolution and deeper intimacy with her partner.
Miranda went from lingering unresolved conflict with her partner to having the tools to move forward as a team and work through her own difficult emotions.
Adri went from the fights with her partner “getting worse and worse” to being able to communicate through any issue.
Is This You?
You keep landing in the same draining arguments, or fighting about how you fight instead of the real issue.
Conflict feels tense or pointless — so you avoid it until it explodes.
You’ve read the books, tried therapy…but still lack step-by-step tools that work in real life.
You swallow your needs to keep the peace — or don’t know how to express them so they actually land.
When hard emotions hit, you numb out, get busy, or distract yourself instead of knowing what to do with them.
You take things personally more than you’d like to — and you have a feeling your relationship with yourself might be behind it.
You understand your patterns intellectually, but in the heat of the moment they still run the show.
If this sounds familiar, this is exactly what we work on together
So what makes coaching different from therapy?
Therapy is invaluable — and many of my clients are in it. It helps you look backward: understanding where your patterns came from, processing old wounds, making sense of your history.
Coaching looks forward. It takes everything you've already uncovered about yourself and asks: now what do you do with it?
If you've spent months (or years) in therapy and still find yourself reacting the same way in conflict, it's not because you haven't done enough work. It's because understanding a pattern and having the concrete tools to interrupt it in real time are two completely different things.
That's the gap this program closes.
PSA: You can do this without your partner.
Most clients join without their partner — and get significantly further than they ever did in couples therapy. The tools you’ll learn are designed to shift the dynamic from your side alone, without waiting for someone else to change first.
What you’ll walk away with:
Real resolution, not just temporary relief
Simple, practical tools to help you create mutual understanding — so you stop having the same fights on repeat
Connection that actually deepens through conflict
Learn to communicate vulnerably in a way that melts the “Me vs. You” dynamic and brings you closer, even in hard moments.
Accountability without the shame spiral
Learn to own your part in conflict — without guilt-tripping yourself or turning it into a blame game.
A kinder relationship with yourself
Know how to work through your triggers, calm your nervous system, and stop being your own harshest critic — because how you treat yourself shows up everywhere.
This isn’t just what I teach — it’s what I’ve lived
I'd get defensive. Reactive. Easily offended. And no matter how much I wanted to improve things, something kept getting in the way.
So I did what most people in my world do: I read every communication book I could find. I went back to therapy (couples & individual). I became deeply self-aware. I could trace every pattern back to its root. I knew my attachment style, my triggers, and my childhood wounds.
And still — in the actual moment of conflict — I couldn't integrate any of it. The knowledge was there. But the tools weren't.
What finally changed things wasn't more information. It was a very specific kind of coaching that helped me stop understanding my feelings and start actually feeling them — somatically, in my body, with compassion instead of resistance. It taught me how to work with my nervous system instead of against it. How to be genuinely kinder to myself — not as a concept, but as a daily practice. And how to communicate skillfully, with an open heart, even when things got hard.
Those same tools eventually gave me the clarity and courage to make one of the hardest decisions of my life — and to trust myself in doing it. I'm now in the healthiest relationship I've ever been in.
That transformation became the foundation of everything I now teach.
I grew up being chronically criticized — and without realizing it, I carried that into my adult relationships in the form of a harsh, relentless inner critic.
My first serious relationship lasted my entire twenties. And it became the mirror that finally showed me how much that inner world was running the show.
Because I was so self-critical, I unconsciously assumed my partner was judging me as harshly as I judged myself. So even relatively neutral comments would land like criticism.
Hi, I’m Ivy!
I’m a mindset and relationship coach, an effective communication junkie, and a self-compassion enthusiast.
My superpower? Turning self-awareness into real change — so you can feel more connected, secure, and at ease in your closest relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself.
I’m certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), trained with Accomplishment Coaching, and certified in Heart Led Communication through Lead by Heart. My clients know me for creating a space where transformation feels not just possible—but inevitable.
Take it from our clients who are healing their relationships from the inside out.
Ashley went from having the same fights with her boyfriend to now being engaged with a completely transformed approach to conflict: “nobody has to be wrong anymore.”
Alec tried couples therapy first — and says working with Ivy was “the first time it actually worked.” She had to tear herself away from kissing her partner just to record this.
Sarah shares, “as someone who’s done therapy and who has now done coaching, it blows my mind how much more I’ve gotten out of coaching.”
Ren went from desperate to communicate effectively to being able to communicate with himself and others more clearly & compassionately.
Abby went from arguing everyday "for hours" with her boyfriend to breaking that pattern and being able to deeply understand and empathize with his experience.
Dan went from struggling to get results out of therapy to getting “an immediate return on investment” with coaching.
Here’s what happens when you apply:
You’ll fill out a short application, then schedule a call with Ivy.
On the call, you'll dive into your specific situation and figure out whether this program is the right fit for you — right now, at this stage of your life.
If it is, you'll get enrolled right on the call. And if it isn't — whether that's because therapy would serve you better, the timing isn't right, or something else entirely — Ivy will tell you that honestly and point you toward whatever actually makes sense for where you are.
No pressure, no convincing. Just an honest conversation with someone who'd rather point you in the right direction than enroll the wrong person.

You’re not alone — almost every client has this worry when they start. Many have tried books, therapy, or communication tips before without lasting change.
The difference with my 1:1 coaching program is that you’ll learn a complete, step-by-step framework for understanding your patterns, shifting them in real time, and actually repairing conflict — not just in theory, but with guided practice and coaching until it becomes second nature.
-
Nope. You’ll never be thrown into the deep end without support. Everything is paced so you feel safe, steady, and in control of your growth. In fact, many conflict-avoidant clients say coaching with Ivy finally made communication feel do-able instead of overwhelming.
-
Couples therapy often focuses on resolving specific issues together. 1:1 Coaching equips you with personal mastery over your patterns, so you’re not just solving today’s argument — you’re preventing tomorrow’s.
Plus, you’ll learn exactly how to self-regulate, validate, and communicate vulnerably without waiting for your partner to “meet you halfway.”
-
For best results, you need to be willing to commit 2-3 hours of time TOTAL per week.
1 hour for your coaching call.
1-2 hours for homework to implement what you’ve learned. This is what helps it “stick.” -
The weekly call times are flexible, and scheduled based on your and Ivy’s availability.
-
Yes! If you are currently single, this program will help you develop the skills to set your next relationship up for success. Additionally, the skills you’ll learn will apply to every type of relationship — not just romantic.
Clients who join to improve their romantic relationship always end up saying that the skills they learned transferred to their relationships with family, friends, their children, and at work.
-
You get to keep lifetime access to the course & program materials. These tools are foundational to your relationship(s) so we want you to keep them forever!
-
All of the work inside 1:1 Coaching is primarily focused on you, but your partner is welcome to do some or all of the program alongside you.
The majority of people join without their partner, and report having much greater results than they did together in couple’s therapy.
The tools you’ll learn are designed to open your partner’s heart and actually hear you, without them having to use the tools too.
However, you will get best results if you partner is supportive and willing to participate in a few exercises with you throughout the program.
-
There are a couple of different prices and payment options, which can all be found in the application.
On your discovery call with Ivy, you can discuss a custom-tailored program if you wish to have more or fewer sessions.
