Hi, I’m Ivy!

I help people have better relationships—starting with the one they have with themselves.

My clients come to me when they’re done walking on eggshells, tired of the same exhausting arguments, or craving the deeper connection that only happens when you stop avoiding the hard stuff.

My superpower? Helping you understand yourself on a deeper level so that you can change your life and relationships from the inside out.

I grew up in a high-conflict home and carried those cycles into my adult relationships: the argument that went in circles for hours because neither of us had the tools to truly listen. The defensive snap at someone I loved because I hadn’t learned to catch what was happening inside me first.

Those experiences because the foundation of everything I teach.

I’m certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), trained with Accomplishment Coaching, and certified in Heart Led Communication through Lead by Heart. My clients know me for creating an empowering, safe, and supportive space where transformation feels not just possible—but inevitable.

  • Nope. You’ll never be thrown into the deep end without support. Everything is paced so you feel safe, steady, and in control of your growth. In fact, many conflict-avoidant clients say coaching with Ivy finally made communication feel do-able instead of overwhelming.

  • Couples therapy often focuses on resolving specific issues together. 1:1 Coaching equips you with personal mastery over your patterns, so you’re not just solving today’s argument — you’re preventing tomorrow’s.

    Plus, you’ll learn exactly how to self-regulate, validate, and communicate vulnerably without waiting for your partner to “meet you halfway.”

  • For best results, you need to be willing to commit 2-3 hours of time TOTAL per week.

    1 hour for your coaching call.
    1-2 hours for homework to implement what you’ve learned. This is what helps it “stick.”

  • The weekly call times are flexible, and scheduled based on your and Ivy’s availability.

  • Yes! If you are currently single, this program will help you develop the skills to set your next relationship up for success. Additionally, the skills you’ll learn will apply to every type of relationship — not just romantic. 

    Clients who join to improve their romantic relationship always end up saying that the skills they learned transferred to their relationships with family, friends, their children, and at work.

  • You get to keep lifetime access to the course & program materials. These tools are foundational to your relationship(s) so we want you to keep them forever!

  • All of the work inside 1:1 Coaching is primarily focused on you, but your partner is welcome to do some or all of the program alongside you.

    The majority of people join without their partner, and report having much greater results than they did together in couple’s therapy.

    The tools you’ll learn are designed to open your partner’s heart and actually hear you, without them having to use the tools too.

    However, you will get best results if you partner is supportive and willing to participate in a few exercises with you throughout the program. 

  • There are a couple of different prices and payment options, which can all be found in the application.

    On your discovery call with Ivy, you can discuss a custom-tailored program if you wish to have more or fewer sessions.
